Light needs to be seriously rethought. I just reached 35 and have 11. We should at least have enough for 1 relic by the time we hit 35. I would be far less disheartened if I wasn't looking at another grind on top of the grind to 35.

That's because you used NMs to level instead of chaining. Those that chained had about enough frosted crystals as they reached lvl 35.
