What it means you can give the robe/tunic what ever stats that can be added, then color it the way you want.

Seriously?? So say I can color it Brown to get X stats and then dye it green and keep said stats from brown?? If so, this is even getting BETTER.

Like if you make an felt robe it has no base color when you make it but you can add + 8 magic atk on it w/o coloring it. Then after you add the magic atk you can color it after. That means color has no effect on what stats give armor anymore.

I'm just wondering, what's the design philosophy behind making us visits a different NPC just to unlock achivements? If we have to unlock em why just not one npc in each city...

I was confused by this too, I'm sure there must be some reason behind it, guess we'll have to wait till the patch goes live to find out.

Since they didn't write anything it's seems to be a design choice rather then limitations of the system, personally i think it's bad, atleast as a new player i don't feel like running around to unlock the achivement system , seems getting achivements unlocked is an achivement in itself

I was actually thinking that the reason would be story based or something, not system limitations

I'm confused , maybe i was unclear, all i meant was that i should be able to get achivements without talking to different NPC:s
