It apparently spawned on Phoenix at... Some point in the last 12 hours, but I know that I missed it when it came around and I haven't seen it before or since. All I can do is just randomly login during the event and hope to see it sometime in the allotted timeframe.

I've only been staying subbed for the limited time holiday events, but if this is how they're going to be, I don't feel like I should even bother anymore. I really hope this isn't the new norm, especially with All Saints' Wake coming up soon, which I wait all year for.

So sitting in Ul'dah talking about random ways it might be spawned (spoilers: none worked) for 9+ hrs (and counting, still there).
I have yet to see the Recruiter, as I haven't yesterday either (between 15.00 and 21.00 GMT +2).
This is cruelty...

The only thing I found out that it spawned around midnight (GMT+2) on my world (Omega) and well, nothing anymore after... That is if I go from what people are shouting here, I have not seen the recruiter between start and 21.00 (GMT+2). People are also claiming GM's told them it was working as intended and spawntimers are indeed over 9 hrs...

For someone playing for this long and looking forward to this event in particular it makes me sad, how is this working as intended...

The length of this event's run time should have been extended then, if that's actually true. They realize people work during the day in both NA, EU, and JP... right?

Some people literally only have 3hrs to play each day, I guess we're screwed if that doesn't line up with the random time for the instance then.

They gotta get that $5 for the White Raven earrings next year on the Mog Staion somehow, I guess.

I'd very much like clarification on this. I'd love to do the event just to do it...but if its only every 9 ish hours....for 3 hours intervals....that may or may not happen during the 3 hours i log in every night......thats really just poor planning of an event....

Okay, I haven't even gotten to do this supposed event and I'm already unhappy. I sat around all day yesterday waiting for it and never saw a recruiter. Did the same this morning. Been stnading there like an idiot for two hours and no spawn. I have to go to work now so I guess if it only spawns once every 22 hours (who the heck knows) I'll never get a chance to do it. My idea of fun is to totally stand in place for hours on end only to have to go to work and getting nothing accomplished including having NO fun. WTF is wrong with this event? Remove the freaking earrings if that's the issue. I don't care. I just want to play this stupid event and not spend all my waking hours staring at a brick wall. Really disappointing. Some of us actually have lives.

If this is the route they're taking, they need to let us know when players for different worlds can access their content. Like a timetable.
