    The event is weird in the way you run it. The first fresh instance it was just myself and one other player. We were able to finish the first fate but not the second Morbal fate. Left and requeued and ended up in a fresh instance with a large number of players. Not sure how it decides how many players to throw in an instance but seems screwy to me.

    I thought the lag can often be bad in Eureka when you have a full 144 member instance, but the Rising took it to a whole new level...
