And who are these people? These people that care? You mean the minority inside a minority? Because the vast majority of us aren't legacy players, and I'm hopeful that it's only a loud minority among those legacy players whining about this.
They should be happy there's even an anniversary to celebrate, rather than try to be all about "my legacy status".
The only thing that's special about the people complaining about this is that they were willing to spend money on a (then) failing game. That's it. Period.
Makes me wonder, did they even support the game because they loved it? Or just because they wanted exclusive items, a chance to be 'special', in recognition (lol) for throwing money at a dying game?
The developers have shown their appreciation for those players already. If they feel less special now, well, it's because they aren't.
