Most servers still have several housing options still currently left (not counting auto demolitions that happen still, I know someone who got a medium in the mist the other day) because people refuse to buy the ones that exist (which means that folks are also going to get their houses cheaper than the ones who bought them before these rules).

Does not matter, when rules are changed everyone should abide by them. Then there is really no point of the changes. The grandfathered people were the reasons they had to make the rules, yet they didn't do anything about them at same time? then was the point of the rule change??

and they fact everyone pays a sub, yes everyone should be entitled to get a house in accordance to the rules. Which rules state people should not have 20 houses and 8 apartments. But for some odd reason they decided to give these people a pass...
