People able to skip cutscenes in MSQ roullete o.o

not everyone that starts playing this game cares about the story nor love the 100+ quests post ARR to get to the start of HW

as someone who doesnt care about lore, those msq dungeons were a pain to even skip all those cutscenes, to imagine (as a new player) to have to be forced to watch them would have been a torture for me, and im pretty sure im not the only one that thinks that way.

Just because you don't care about the cutscenes doesn't mean everyone else doesn't, you can skip cutscenes on your own time if you want, but don't expect everyone to feel the same way.
