Yes, your original post wasn't the best phrased and was difficult for people to understand (hence the incorrect replies). However this clarification you've provided does help a lot, and I'll be honest, I don't know. Doesn't each atma shard have its own colour? Perhaps you can use that to check with the job stone (I think the Atma Archer and Soul of the Bard have the same stone colour) to work out which is which.

Finally, that makes sense, i didn't think aboit that, and it makes sense that the Shard would match the color as the Job Crystal. THANK YOU!!!

I get what you're asking, but I don't think each job/weapon is represented by a certain Atma. The association you're trying to make wasn't intended by the developers and the fact that there happens to be an Atma of the Archer that you're connecting with Bard is reaching for a connection that isn't there.

No worries, once we were able to clearly see what you were asking (which someone has correctly stated is lore based rather than gameplay based, and therefore is best asked in the Lore sub-forum. Hopefully a mod moves it over), it made it easier to try and help find the answer. From a gameplay perspective, the atma to which job doesn't matter and you require one of each of the 12 atma's to progress a single weapon to the next stage of the relic questline - so you'll need 10 sets of each, aka 120 atma total, to progress all 10 relic weapons to the next stage (and until your clarification it came across that you were asking on a gameplay perspective how the atma/zenith weapons interacted with the shards, not a lore of which is behind which), which is what others have based their replies off (General Discussion is seen as more gameplay focused, with lore related questions going to Lore), but from a lore standpoint, there's more to discuss.

Anyhow, hopefully you find the answer you seek. I'm interested in it myself, seeing which is which, but as we've stated before, the matches will only be from a lore perspective.

How would it make your grind more organized? You need them all for each job.

Mayhaps its because the specific question you were asking was lore-based, which is ...usually not a thing the General Discussions forum engages in, especially with something like this. It was only natural that folks didn't tie your question to lore.

There is no connection to the jobs themselves. The Atmas simply represent the 12 astrological signs of the zodiac. Hence the name of the questline. However, I have often wondered if the zodiac signs are intended to be loosely related to The Twelve in this game. I can also think of a couple of bosses that are essentially the embodiment of those signs.

You have already been answered. You need ALL of the Atmas for your weapon. It is the same for all weapons. None of the Atmas are specific for any weapon.
