Which Atma Crystals go to which Weapon of Zenith

I get what you're asking, but I don't think each job/weapon is represented by a certain Atma. The association you're trying to make wasn't intended by the developers and the fact that there happens to be an Atma of the Archer that you're connecting with Bard is reaching for a connection that isn't there.

How would it make your grind more organized? You need them all for each job.

EDIT: I've had a friend of mine (whom I aren't going to name, they don't post on the forums though) reach out to me in-game and they believe the atmas are actually based off the zodiac symbolbs. Given there's 12 zodiacs and 12 atma shard types, this does make sense and may also be what it actually is based off, rather than each tied to a job (10 zodiac/relic weapons, 12 atma types).

There is no connection to the jobs themselves. The Atmas simply represent the 12 astrological signs of the zodiac. Hence the name of the questline. However, I have often wondered if the zodiac signs are intended to be loosely related to The Twelve in this game. I can also think of a couple of bosses that are essentially the embodiment of those signs.

Mayhaps its because the specific question you were asking was lore-based, which is ...usually not a thing the General Discussions forum engages in, especially with something like this. It was only natural that folks didn't tie your question to lore.

Your question is based on a false assumption. How does it make your farming better? As a bard you need all twelve, and can get all twelve as a bard. As a white mage you need all twelve, and can get all twelve as a white mage. etc. etc. I have heard you an get multiples on a single job and save them, but I haven't actually tried it.
