In contrast, I want to scream at whichever one of the devs decided that Belias should jump out of the fight multiple times for 20+ seconds just to make sure that whatever proc you have is completely gone by the time he returns.

If you refresh Greased Lightning the split second he jumps he'll actually come back while you have 1 second left on it so you can keep it up if you target him fast enough.
Of course that will never happen but still.

If it weren't for the slow from the rushes, you could legitimately stand in one and refresh it through riddle. It only hits for 22k or so once. But that slow is annoying and removes that as an option.
