I know their around. They removed one of mine also because I quoted that tard cat who posted other people's names to that so called "won" house from them. They removed hers and mine.

Good god, I need to read that thread fully but, is that to say people have found a way to selling them now? Actually, I kind of know people are still selling them because all buyer has to do is join the FC, seller passes leader to buyer, seller leaves FC. That why people made a mad rush to making FC after SE so stupidly announced the information two weeks before patch dropped. In all honestly, the patch really didn't stop jack shit. "Can't sell personal house? Ok, I'll just make a FC and sell it that way."

You guys realize that Yoshi P has said multiple times that instanced cannot and will not ever happen due to the way the game is set up. By the way Yoshi is the games producer, so I'd trust it. It's not going to happen.

But houses are already instanced as are apartments. It has nothing to do with the way the game is setup but with Yoshi not wanting to admit to a mistake so refuses to make a change. I don't disagree that is is unlikely to happen but people move on and Yoshi probably won't be around as producer forever.

Agreed. Actually getting tired of seeing posts from Oliver gloating about how she's abusing the system and owning 22 houses. Against ToS or not, it toxic behavior and it sick that SE even allows this to just slip through even though countless times now she's admitted to buying houses and the likes. Grandfathered in or not, when a player admitting they did shit against the ToS now or even in the past, they should be punished.

It all good. SE, keep on turning your backs on the honest player base and allowing toxic players like this bring down the community.
Hopefully at some point another game company will step up and make a better MMO where it system ain't pure crap and cater to toxic players. That will be the day (if not sooner) that SE loses my money. They can take my house away and put it where the sun don't shine.

What if I told you, that another mmo, also made by SE, already did? No its not FFXI. In that mmo, which is still Japan and China only, whenever a housing ward fills up, a new ward is automatically created afterwards, and its set to where it is one house per player account, the house is shared between all characters on the same account, and the house you own can give full permissions to as many players as you like or even the entire guild your in to move add and remove furniture? And the wards have a auto purge timer so that if all the homes in a ward are empty, it will delete the whole ward, if it only has a few homes taken for so long, it will merge to another ward automatically that has those same few homes still available in that ward. Then deletes the empty ward.

Yes, SE learned the huge mistake they did in XIV, and placed in this better, automated system they did for that other mmo......id speak its name but the Mods for whatever reason, dont like it talked about.

We're talking about the same guy tho said personal housing and FC housing won't take the same slots, how it won't be tied to a subscription, told us we can't have long hair because it'll clip while also releasing a dress that horrifically clips with tails.

But don't worry he's the game's producer, so what he says is 100% law.

My guess is Dragon Quest X as that came out after ARR. I'm not familiar with it though, so can't speak to any details. I've never noticed mods caring about comparing other games, so no need to be secretive.

If that the case, I really wonder now if that survey they had up some weeks ago asked the question, "Would you play another Final Fantasy MMO (not XIV)?" is already in the plans to make another and see if people after dealing with XIV would take interest in trying another. To which answered honestly, I'd give it chance if I saw a huge improvement from XIV.

This is true, but the outside of houses in the main areas is not instanced, which is why their might be a problem.

But there was one. The one restriction that was going on for a bit when you could only own one FC house per account. So if you were in a FC that owned a house you could not get another one on any character on the account/world. Since you posted that you need to transfer the rights from another account this sounds like you did that while the restriction was in place otherwise if there was none you would not have needed the transfer between accounts.

You also wrote how you would buy houses which again is against the ToS.

Not true, you could always have multiple fc's by inheriting.

Well, not to argue semantics, but I'm going to argue semantics here. 16 is not "a dozen FC's", that would be 12. I never said it was impossible, not once, I just said that it would almost feel like a full-time job if you have 16 or more FC's to manage scattered between three different service accounts. Which I'm going to just do a basic estimate here, is like wasting 18 hours of your day away simply by just going through your housing alone for the airships and subs, etc. If I'm going to waste 18 hours of my day, well, I'd rather waste at least 7-8 getting paid with a full-time job instead of turning my MMO into something that only provides me with virtual money as a full-time job.

Sigma Astra, what planet are you living on? You wrote a thesis that was all incorrect, then when someoneexplains how wrong you are with hard evidence, your response was a one sentence change of the subject with a shurg and " this is all the serious of a repsonse you'll get from me" then you reported them because you couldn't handle being wrong. Sucks to be wrong when you write 4 paragraphs, but hey, you're the one who doesn't have a clue, don't take it out on the community.
