    It only really looks off for Nidhogg and Rae because they're the only two dragons with irises instead of the glowing eyes that Bahamut and co. have, which disguise how awkward their facial structure really is.

    Gullinbursti from the moogle tribe quests as well, and maybe some of other other lesser dragons.
