In regards to the /doze and /sit thing: I would assume that all beds have the information tagged to them "can sleep here", while all surfaces that you can /sit on have the information "can sit here".
Walls however dont have the information "can lean against this" and they would have to go back and program every wall with that information... to me that just doesnt seem worth it for one emote.
At least thats my understanding on how stuff like that works in videogames - would make sense that its hard for the game to detect wether or not it can use that emote or lean against something, when there is no information on that.
In regards to the rest... I can understand his point in regards to the friendlist-thing being a delicate issue - they do need to find a solution for that, because you shouldnt be on someones friendlist if you dont want to anymore. Maybe make that an extra box you have to tick or something? An obvious one, so those who want to be deleted wont miss it but its not on by default? (I sometimes remove people just to make room or because I added them years ago after one run and then never spoke again - couldnt care less if I'm still on their friendslist or not. But I also know that you can end up with people that you really want to have out of your life and for that such a feature would be needed.)
Happy about the long hairstyles being considered, happy to hear that my Ramuh-pony might get to fly one day.
Also glad to hear that they have the end of the story planned out - its nice to know that we're actually going somewhere and are going to reach the end.
...but also that we'll continue from there - looking forward to that and fingers crossed that it wont be some time travel excuse. (Even though... I would like to play in the Allagan Empire - not for a whole expansion but re-playing some vital scenes and stuff for one or two patches could be nice!)
And why do I STILL have to edit after they "increased" the character limit?!
