We need another Housing purge

I've relocated about 10 of those houses to that specific ward when they doubled the amount of available wards. I've converted 3 of those houses to FC houses and since then, I've obtained 8 more FC houses for a total of 18 FC houses and 3 personal houses. Contrary to the popular belief, leveling up 18+ fcs takes ressources on top of the ongoing management. There's no circumventing the rules or any exploit. Anyone can load up 9 houses on the same account if they are willing to put in the effort.

If they were around since before the current restrictions were placed, they were grandfathered in, so the new rules don’t apply to what they already had.

Clearly the effort that's been made here has been done with the current changes in mind, with just a single service account.

The current rules clearly describe that one service account is allowed 1 personal house and 1 FC house per world. The 10 houses they had before hand is another matter, but the 8 they've obtained since then is not only a clear violation of this rule, but speaks to their intention to claim an entire ward in the face of the overwhelming amount of players who want to get a house, but can't. It's a slap in the face of fair play, and it's a slap in the face to those players with dreams of their own.

They did not put all those restrictions for people to work around them:

You cannot have people owning multiple homes when they make them so limited.

I own less than 1% of the houses on Gilgamesh, it's not like I own an entire city-state housing area. There's 7 active players in my FC. I use all my FC houses for an insane amount of tier 3 FC buffs. So yes, I think my actions are justified.

FC buffs make no sense, literally. Most of us keen on fc workshops know exactly what you're are doing and why so stop pretending. But yes, I will agree. You don't need 18 houses.. period

What people like Hamada fail to understand is the FC leadership system>FC house ownership. FC's need to have a leader even if the player has other characters in other FC's with houses on the same world. The changes that were put in place during the last Ward expansion were temporary and gone now as well. The rules are now back to as they were where every character on your account can buy and own a FC house. But owning 18 houses is just crazy and not needed :P
