I don't think they can do a rollback for individual players like that, but I think even if they did it could be abused by crafters killing their game client every time it looked like they weren't going to make a successful HQ so they'd get all their stuff back and try again.

Yeah i totally agree that if they just give items that lost on all DC it will be abusable and its a bad decision :< just still a little salty and sad, thats all. Have to see how much fast is their ASAP (still hours later). Just to let you know guys: NA and JP data center always get a almost an instant response to any issue.

So i came to this game planning to settle here and make it my MMO home, so far i encountered VERY VERY frustrating experience with the customer/tech support in this game!
as subgame, this kind of problems shouldn't happen for more than 30 min at max and very rarely.
and the usual reply "check if the problem from your end" isn't an excuse as its clearly from Devs side since everyone here having same issues!
we paid you guys monthly fees to be able to log and play whenever we want and this is not what i see!
Seem that electric power cause problem on EU datacenter, that mean, nothing good, maybe fix this today. Still they say about damage to server and net systems hardware, then EU datacenter will be maybe ofr few days
They don't use power outage prevent systems? Sure datacenter is much bigger that simple few server with backup power system, still to not use this, i simply don't understand.![]()
