If you are disgusted by helping new players, then you have no right to the mount. Simple as that.

Some of the comments I've seen in this thread disgust me, and there are plenty of people who should feel ashamed of themselves (but won't because they're too self involved).
Most new players don't deserve help. I've ran into plenty of new players I went out of my way to have booted from the party just because they do not want to learn. They want to be carried through the game.

Those that actually want to learn, happily help them. But the majority just want and expect to be carried because they pay for the same sub we all do.
