You pay a subscription for ACCESS to their game, THAT is in the TOS, THAT is what you have. Your internet service is nowhere in there. That's what you pay your ISP for. For a reliable internet connection ANYWHERE in the US, you aren't getting it, obviously. Throw it at them. You are getting no results because you are trying to hold the wrong people accountable. I tried explaining this before.

Again, I sympathize for your situation. But REPEATEDLY throwing this at the feet of SE like a sacrificial lamb is not you trying to fix the problem; it's you trying to throw a tantrum until you get what you want.

You want to fix YOUR problem?
1) Change your ISP, they probably have better hops to NTT
2) VPN
3) Move


SE's datacenter location works well for the OVERWHELMING, MASSIVE MAJORITY of it's users. SO it was a good move.
