    I could live with laggs but at least for me PotD has been completely unplayable for me solo thus taking away the chance to try to do that.     Also reading KaldeaSahaline post: Its kinda shocking how bad the customer service for that part seems to be..if even NNT says that its their problem but that SE needs to contact them and SE still refuses to do so..

    A: In older MMOs, such as Ultima Online, there was a house maintenance fee you had to pay weekly, but in FFXIV: ARR we decided against this system. Similarly, these older MMOs also had a system where your house would break down if you didn’t log in after a while in order to have you continue your subscription, but this is a thing of the past and we won't have any system like that.

    The moderators stated that they had been in contact with NTT and that they had sent them reports compiled from the stickies thread.

    The problem is, is that the investigating team from JP technical support only investigated the datacenter for issues. We already knew the servers were not the issue because of only some of the user base are being effected and not all of it.

    But to state that the investigation was complete and to ignore their customers that still have problems infuriates me.

    There is a problem with the ISP for Square Enix. Square Enix then informs their customers that it's not their fault. We are not unreasonable people and we understand the limits of the technical team, but this problem IS Square Enix's fault because they employ NTT to manage their traffic.

    SE has the key to fixing this problem. They choose not to take action against NTT for reasons unknown and would rather continue to let their user base suffer and protray a uncaring image to us.
