You guys are making this way too complicated.
1. Buy "pill bugs" which cost 2 gil each from npc vendors.
2. Sell them for 1 gil each.
You spend 40k gil and then boom capped for the week.

It has potential especially if the line about increased wares is not simply smoke and mirrors (like special glamour items from custom delivery) I'm curious of how long the chain is, in theory if I have to go by the map they give you it should be long and it should go past 4.4 (there's a zone not yet open in the enclave).Ah thank you. That would have been a great way to add to the game. I like that idea. I wish they could have implemented some type of system where you are building it up but also controlling the economy of buying and selling. Something simulationist. The turning of items in is cool because you get some scenes, but I mean basically we are selling things to an NPC, something that's been around since launch.
I also want to know if it has effect on the market of the whole othard, maybe I'm a bit too hopeful on this, we'll see
also just got the first little upgrade quest with those 3 Buguda. And going by the orchestrion list entry for "Victory or Death", it looks like a vendor NPC of some sort will eventually open up
It might be easier for a contained area, but there's actually a precedent for a changing area in the overworld too! If you complete the Moogle tribe quests in the Churning Mists, one of the ruins slowly gets restored with each progression of the story.
Dude just turn in a platinum piece from Khloe. Done. If anything the limit is far too low.
I cap it soon as I go there on reset day. High level dungeon/raid drops are enough. Then the rest are turned in for GC seals.
I've been using it to dump whatever my retainers bring me that won't sell on the markets.
I've been donating a lot of fish.
It's pretty much the same with me. It's become my 'well this has been sitting in my retainer and or my retainer brought back junk' dump ever since it dropped. It's gone a long way to clearing up space thankfully.
If you are sending out your retainers on the 18 hour ventures at max levels. You should get enough Allagan whatever Pieces to cap this without even trying.
I think this was a huge oversight on their part being able to donate these.
Spend a few GC seals (which are easy to get with just rolling greed on dungeon drops) and buy the 600 seal crafting materials in quantity. They have a good sales price and will help you easily cap your gratuity limit.
Capping limit isn't hard, but it's not automatic either.
