Lack of content on patch release

Oh man, that amazing 4.31 patch that just dropped! All that amazing content!

Oh wait... it only contained content that only 1% of the player base will actually see. Why did this need its own patch, exactly? It could've easily been included in the initial 4.3 patch, without it really having much of an effect on the player's choice.

They'd have been better off releasing HoH with 4.31, and the new part of Eureka with 4.35. That'd actually give content to more than 1% of the player base.

I can see the wisdom of having the Ultimate fights not in the initial patch.

That gives people time to do the rest of the patch's stuff at their own pace, without having to rush due to world first races.
