I want the open world monster AI to be upgraded... one of the coolest things in ff12 was how monsters would only come out under certain conditions like time and weather... also how some more aggressive monsters would eat non aggressive ones and gain a buff... I'd also like to see elements make a useful and in depth come back, this would add more strategy to our current combat... also remove the slashing, blunt, piercing debuff...
To go to Garlemald. Now assuming we do so...
1. Magitek fortress house.
2. Airships like the Prima Vista in the new 24m becoming their own instanced FC housing.
3. Garlean style armor/weapons.
4. Magitek style tank/healer.
5. Know how our classes become jobs at 30 with the quest? I'd want a new transformation for our current jobs that would change the animations of the same attacks some of us have been using since level 1.
Seriously, I'd love a new attack besides fast blade at this point.

Let machinists hide the aetherotransformer. Or at least have it change to match the weapon.


Rework the Lily system.


For them to fix and update job-related issues that still remain, and arise in the future without having to wait until next expansion.

Because there are countless fast-paced MMO's out there and extremely few slower paced. And FFXIV is a good one to be slower paced seeing as Final Fantasy series is known for ATB bars, among others. You know...a slow-paced turn-based style of game.
In other words...don't try to turn this into an entirely new game. If you want a fast-paced MMO in Final Fantasy universe, then ask for Final Fantasy XVI to be a fast-paced MMO game.


PLD to get a slow cast high cost battle raise so that if my healers go down and there's no SMN/RDM present I can help get them back up. We already have DPS that can raise in a clutch moment, so I don't think letting one of the tanks, the "holy magic using tank" even for that matter, be able to raise would cause any problems. And it wouldn't "over power" PLD either, since if your in a good team it won't be needed, but the option would be nice to have all the same. Also, I miss raising low level people I find K.O.'ed around the game world on my PLD. :/
