In pugs there is an astronomical difference when your OT voke/shirks you. If you've got that happening on CD you have to think about enmity a lot less and if you're used to it then get an OT who doesn't do it it can be rough.

Not an excuse, should keep an eye on enmity anyways, but it's a factor.
