With this character's death, the thread of prophecy remains intact.
Because the devs don't care about uptime and saw Purification was scarcely used. Now if it only took one or two Charka stacks, you could make an argument since that puts it roughly in the same spot as Dragoon. You have to delay Forbidden Charka slightly in the same way Dragoon loses uptime if they have to Elusive mid-combat. Still by no means ideal but certainly better. Now the only time I'd ever want to look at Purification is during long phase jumps where I can quickly cut aggro and get five stacks back again. Looking at Savage, hmmm
Phantom Train: Possibly can do it either when killing them Chimney or right after, assuming Ghost cheese
Chadarnok: Nope. Straight DPS loss; tanks adjust.
Guardian: Maybe when he's flyiing up?
Kefka: Should have enough time during Graven Image
God Kefa: Tanks adjust
Kind of ironic the easiest and hardest fight this tier are "tanks adjust" when involving Monk.
Mayhaps because you only do casual content where half the tanks never turn off Tank stance and do crap damage as a result? Good tanks, on the other hand, require DPS to use their aggro tools. And if they don't, I will let you die. It's a great teaching method!
I also get commendations for being a "toxic DPS 95% of the fight" healer. Suppose I should keep doing that then.![]()
