    Regarding the aftermath of 4.3

I have a really hard time imagining that Alphinaud is ever going to make it to the capital with the Garleans loyal to Zenos getting in the way. I'm kind of hoping we'll get to go out on a rescue mission into the Burn to retrieve him and meet the Shadowhunter in the process. I also think once Maxima learns just how bad things are as far as the Ascian manipulation goes, he'll probably play a major part in getting us into Garlean territory to do some clean-up.

I'm also curious as to what kind of action we'll end up seeing on the Gyr Abania end of things. Zenos doesn't seem like the sort who'd go trying to stir up unrest amid the ranks of the Resistance and would instead be more straight to the point if he has a score to settle with us. The only reason I could see him making mischief is just to make us hate him more in hopes that it'll make us fight harder.

I might be wrong but I always suspected Bozja was somewhere between the border of Ilsbard and Othard which would probably be north of the Burn. South of the Burn is almost certainly the areas like Rabanastre. As a trade hub I imagined it having a position similar to Ala Mhigo has for Eorzea.
Except I thought we were told explicitly that Rabanastre and Dalmasca more generally are parts of Ilsabard, not Othard. Also, that thread contains a line from the lorebook situating Bozja in Othard. It's huge as hells, yeah, but considering that what struck the Citadel completely vaporised it I don't really find it out of the question that it was the epicenter of an even larger blast zone.

calòl me crazy but I found a similarity just now between ridorana and the floating castle from FF1

In both case you ascended a tower to get to a floating city in the sky. the final boss of which was a dragon (well multiheaded one) also there was a a secret encounter with a warmech. Seems to me an obscure rfeference

    It absolutely is.

The lorebook contains some contradictory information about the location of Dalmasca, as well as some contradictory information about the year of its fall to Garlemald. It's one of those pesky errors that this forum compiled a big thread about. The Wandering Dramaturge's dialogue is likely our most reliable source at this point.

I know it's had errors get caught in it before, but the location of Bozja doesn't seem to be one of them. No word yet on whether the entry in the timeline that identifies it in Othard is one such bug, but I can't recall anything in-game that directly contradicts that assertion.

Bringing this over from another thread because it fitted better here:

I also wondered about this. I'm fairly sure she's a Midlander - might actually be the same face I'm using for my character? or compare Leveva from the AST quests - and I don't think the hairstyle is enough to judge same/different character from.

So it's possible that sometime between the end of ARR (where we see Igeyorhm as the blue-haired woman) and the end of HW (where we defeat her at the Aetherochemical Facility) she encountered Shadowhunter and that vessel was rescued.

Also the way that Shadowhunter has the masks 'stacked' on his belt means you can't see the second red mask clearly, so it *could* be Igeyorhm's. I'd have to check against the game again to see if there are any unique details visible.

Are we still using spoiler tags or has the time for it passed?

I was talking about Dalmasca, not Bozja.

If it was intended as a reference in that way, its likely 2nd hand then(14 references ___ which itself referenced ___). In 12 you enter the Pharos lighthouse at the ridorana cataract and climb up many floors(overcoming a variety of obstacles and a couple of their versions of primals/summons - including Hashmal and Famfrit) on your quest to retrieve a weapon to put you on equal footing with the primary antagonist. Yiazmat wasnt the final boss in this area, instead it was that games "ultimate hunt"/hidden super boss. Once you progressed the hunt sidequest to its end, the leader of Clan Centurio(a moogle named Montblanc) tasks you with killing this ultimate mark. You find it in a colosseum near the base of the lighthouse(fortunately it isnt spawned unless youre on the quest to kill it), and its 50+ million hp(keeping in mind that in the original version you didnt have normal attack options that could break 9999 damage) and super strong attacks make it a fight that can legit take several hours to defeat.

On the other hand, in Tactics if you dive into the side quests you end up spending some extra time in Goug. The father of Mustadio(one of your teammates) eventually unearths a strange device in the ruins. On inspection, you find a symbol matching the Aquarius auracite. You find the aquarius stone later on in the story, and if you bring it back there a reaction happens that causes Worker 8 to reactivate after some approx 1200 years offline. It asks for orders, and Ramza tells it to dance - which it does. Then to test its fighting skill, he orders it to "dispose of" Mustadio. It demolishes him, and the scene ends with Ramza hurrying to get him a Pheonix Down. Most of that bosses attacks in this game seem based on his moveset from that game(i dont recall if his dance was similar or not).

Ahhh, gotcha. I wasn't sure since both locales were being discussed more or less simultaneously.
