If they are demanding discord for communication up front and not advertising on the same server...then NO...it is likely illegal RMT.

The obvious fact they are demanding outside communication alone and not on the same server should be screaming suspicious to you guys.

Well the thing is if they are selling ultimate content then obviously account access trading is also a part of it since there's no way people are clearing it with 7 man groups.

PF is up with advertisements pretty much 24/7 and obviously discord is used to discuss it. I'm really curious as to what SE's standpoint regarding this is.

To state the obvious - account trading/sharing is a quick way to get banned.

Only if it's sharing with a stranger, of course. Couples and such routinely hop onto each others' accounts for a variety of purposes; SE has no problem with that.

Actually no..it isn't. In legality terms - the Terms of Service is very clear.
SE enforcing it however.....you would be correct - that doens't mean they are not within their rights to drop the ax.

My point is - don't share your account - you do so at your own risk and peril.
Loved ones? Ok..but don't talk about it...don't broadcast it.

Hmmm it depends, you should never give out your account info. They can probably carry you and leave you dead, however if they are asking for real money you may need to prove it. Toa void problems your better off talking with your FC or assistance. As for SE point...hmmm speaking with a GM would be best or they will refer you to the terms of use. Depending on your region I would check appropriate terms of use.
