I mean, there's a difference between not wanting to devote time and not wanting to waste time. Not wanting to faff around in Mist or whatever for 20 minutes while waiting for a dungeon doesn't mean the person shouldn't be playing the game, imo it means the game should have more appealing options. Because like really, what is there to do in-game that you do because it's legitimately fun and not because it's part of the current tier's to-do list? And how many of those things can you do while in queue for duty finder? I don't know about anyone else, but there are no activities on that list for me.

DPS should expect longer queue times, certainly, but 20 minutes isn't really acceptable. Imo the game needs to adopt a 1-1-3 role distribution setup for light parties and scale up dungeon mob health to match.
