Most of these points are very personal, and vary from player to player. But I agree with the next 2 points:

When I say mainstream contents I meant contents that were released with the current patch or the latest the previous patch. Every other content other than those contents have low population and longer queue time, especially as a DPS. So I decided to play level up a tank and a healer to get faster queue time. However, spamming the same dungeons over and over again burnt me out relatively fast so I did not manage to level up tank and healer to level 70. Doing deep dungeons repetitively also burnt me out. The same goes with fate. Everything (SB levelling dungeons and deep dungeon) is so repetitive and sometimes queue time is so long even when I go as a tank or healer.

I wanted to try Diadem. But it was dead as a door nail.
This is true. The Diadem was dead pretty after a couple weeks, because the formula was dull and mindnumbing. (I personally quit around 3.1 because of the Diadem, a boring 24-man raid (Void Ark) and a poorly tunned raid tier (Gordias)) But in general, content tends to be rushed and then it dies. It happened with a lot of stuff that wasn't attached to a roulette, since those were the only reason why some of the old content was alive. Stuff like certain PvP modes, the Diadem and old raids (Alexander and Deltascape) were turned into ghost towns because of what I mentioned. Thankfully they'll add a raid roulette in the next patch, addressing some of it. PvP on the other hand, it needs better rewards and longlasting incentives.

They also made me feel like they don’t care about their customer. They never asked for a feedback why I stopped resubbing. And I really HATE IT that the free-login-campaign is only open to players THAT HAVE BEEN INACTIVE FOR 3 MONTHS! There was this one time during Heavensward my sub ran out during the campaign, and I was baffled when I learned of the condition that I have to be inactive for 3 months to be viable for the campaign… I felt like inactive players are more valued than paying players(/customer).

I know Square Enix is a company to make profits. But I feel like they don’t value their PAYING CUSTOMERS.
This is also true and I mentioned it in another thread. You unsub and you're forgotten. They state that they are concerned about people leaving the game, yet they don't retreive any feedback from it. Polls and Surveys would be a nice addition, not only having the Community Reps jumping from thread to thread, reading everything in order to get some feedback... and hoping it doesn't get lost in the Dev's team spam folder.
