Just throwing this out there, but unless you specifically want to join a different FC, you might want to leave it as an FC house as you'll have access to airships, submarines and the workshop crafted items. Personal houses cannot have these.

Of course you could also just purchase a small house for your FC as well and get those features as size doesn't matter for housing and the workshop. Just mentioning this anyway.

This is a good point, if you're not planning on going to another FC. If you are, of course, it won't work, although you might be able to get an alt into the FC and turn it over to them so you can use your own FC perks (depending on how full/active/accessible your new FC is).
