Don't worry when they add Single language servers we wont care anymore.

Also in the pick above he found a party and was declined after waiting just because he was not JP. If you think thats ok then thats you. I rather be on a server where every party i find actually wants me.

How do you think a Japanese person may feel if they're denied a party because they don't speak English? This is a 2-way street, everyone may eventually encounter a situation where they aren't granted entry into something for whatever reason.

Edit:
On a regional server (for example, American) it would more than likely mean that instead of being declined an offer during Japanese peak time, you could just be twiddling your thumbs because all the Americans are asleep. Same effect of not having a party, just means you lose out on potential Japanese parties that accept non-English speaking people. And please don't try to claim all Japanese are xenophobic and never invite English speaking people.
