For the record, I don't use spell-checking. Well, I do, but very rarely for a few choice words. For some reason my brain has a block on a few, I never remember the correct spelling for them despite using them all the time.

You're - "you are", ex. You're going to the park?
Your - possessive, ex. This book is yours.

There - directional, ex. The apples are over there.
Their - possessive, ex. Their car smells like feet all the time.
They're - "they are", ex. They're going to the movies.

Its - possessive, ex. Its thorax is 1.2 centimeters.
It's - "it is", ex. It's raining today.
