For Binding Coils, there's only one. Most likely Allagan Spear

There's also a Replica version of it. Most likely the non-DRG ones will be 3* like Shiva's Diamond Katana.

German Hints:

Theme: Dragonrider (Drachenreiter)
Weapon: Binding (literal translation would be "entwined" or "engulfed", but the german "Verschlungen" is what takes the place of "Binding" in "Binding Coils of Bahamut"/"Verschlungene Schatten von Bahamut", so its pretty clearly a coil-hint)
Chest: equestrian or rider-like (Reiterlich)
Legs: Casual (Leger)
Shoes: Staying cool (Cool bleiben)
Necklace: Skypirate (Luftpirat)

...so, the necklace has to be the scarf that Leopold is wearing...

For the weapon: Keep in mind that the replicas can be dyed! So they might be required to get the extra dye-points!

My guess for the chest-piece would be any of Dragoon AF.

Keeping it Casual and Too Cool have both been used as hints before - Keeping it Casual for the head-slot and the Flat Cap; Too Cool for the chest-piece and the Scions Adventurer Jacket. So the shoes could be the Scions ones - no real idea for the legs though.

If you mean the screenshot, it's because we're only given hints. SE leaves it up to the players to figure out the correct items.

If you don't enjoy trying to figure it out, there's a group of players dedicated to solving each week's Fashion Report once judging starts. They post their results on reddit. It can take them a couple of hours to figure out the 100 score set though last week they had it done in less than an hour.

Also, the Allagan is originally from the "Binding" Coil of Bahamut. Dreadwyrm is from the "Final" Coil. Makes it fit the clue better.
