Remove the 450 weekly cap warning, it is abnoixous. There is no reason for it.

why facepalm? It makes no sense to be reminded of being capped on mendacity for several reasons already outlined above. Someone who actually asked to be reminded of this in game was probably indeed being silly. Just check your currency tab.
