Not sure tank is BiS...I used Skallic Coat of Fending, no dye, 97 point total. Dyed it Desert Yellow, still 97 points. Everything else is as you have(my DRK Lux was the weapon I had equipped, dyed Desert Yellow).

As I do not have a Skallic chest, and amn't goinng to grind for one only to make 98. (No L70 tanks.) Is there yet a 2 or 3 star chest?

I would like to make 90.

I can make the shoes, I have the earring and skirt....

Hm. Proto Ultima only, eh? Bummer. Means the only things within reach for me are the earrings and skirt. Although, I think with two BiS and all dyes, I should still hit 80?

Taking any item and dying it the correct dye will make that item worth 3 star for themed slots.

I got 94 points without any skallic chest. I just dyed random chest piece corpse blue, and everything else was the correct.

I got a 93 with the following:
Main Hand: Katana of Althyk (dyed desert yellow)
Head: Skallic Cap of Striking (dyed corpse blue)
Chest: Skallic Jacket of Striking (dyed corpse blue)
Hands: High Summoner's Armlets (dyed corpse blue)
Legs: Uraeus Skirt (dyed desert yellow)
Feet: Falconer's Boots (dyed corpse blue)
Accessories: Proto Ultima neck, earrings bracelet and ring. Also had a Ryumyaku Ring of Slaying in my 2nd slot.

An 83, with no jacket or necklace, and only the regular Paramour Earrings. I had an Uraeus Skirt, but when I heard that the Songbird Skirt also worked, I put it up on the MB.

Should be able to. Base score (something in every slot, no dyes) is 52. Additional 6 points per BiS item and additional 3 points per preferred dye should give you an 82. Just make sure you have a dyeable weapon equipped (some people overlook that).

Also, the Falconer's Boots shouldn't be too much harder to get than the skirt (or at least the mats were readily available on Coeurl, would think a more active world would have a better supply).

What can you sub for the earrings?

Unless you're coming up short for 80, I wouldn't worry about the earrings since you need the specific Platinum Paramour Earrings to hit 100.

They're a 60 craft, and none of my crafters are 60 yet. Most of my limitations come from not finishing HW yet.
