Remove Protean Crystal Requirement for First Quest

Or, y'know, they could be grouped up with players that are far higher in level, who also participate in the mob killing (which is often the case with NM train groups)
It's not just exp that's greatly affected by lvl differences, but loot drops as well. I didn't start getting protean crystals randomly from mobs, while in a NM party, until I was closer to lvl 20.

Fair point, still is 100% in their court though. Pair up with similar leveled people. Use player search to make it happen.
