Just curious, are you able to reply in succinct manner and convey your point of view without using fallacies (which seems like you need to use one on almost every reply) or (in this last instance) lyrics to over-dramatize said point?

If you get to a spot with a nice open view and just look up around the cliffs you'll see a fire area, ice area and lightning area as well as the building. I would assume those will each be separate installments of the Eureka content.

Mind sharing coords or gen area where I can find said views?

At X24.3 Y27.7, it's at the top of a hill, you can get a view of the thunder, fire and ice regions. Theoretically there should be an earth region between Anemos and the ice area, but I don't see it so my guess is that it'll be entirely underground.
