    That would make it lean towards the bad side which would also be poll manipulation. Either make it like the Japanese one that had Neither as the third option (so it was not boring but also not fun, so really neutral or the I dont care) or you need much more question. Because if you dont love it but also dont have it you kinda have to use the option that makes it more positive even if you see it more negative but dont hate it.

    Q: Will there be any maintenance fees or other costs for housing, besides the cost of the land and house?
    A: In older MMOs, such as Ultima Online, there was a house maintenance fee you had to pay weekly, but in FFXIV: ARR we decided against this system. Similarly, these older MMOs also had a system where your house would break down if you didn’t log in after a while in order to have you continue your subscription, but this is a thing of the past and we won't have any system like that.

    Well, the point is that "meh it's ok" is essentially having a criticism with a positive outlook so adding a "meh it's bad" would balance that out

    Oh you mean both of them. Sorry misunderstood it then, I read it like you wanted to exchange one with the other. So yeah that would be at least a bit better.
