The other 30% clearly do not know how much we lost content wise in the game as a hole for SB, for all the resources that went into it with all the delays, a buggy fate train is not an acceptable result.

Can't trust assumptions either, regardless of opinion. Half of what you mention is sadly locked behind closed doors with SE holding the keys.

You really shouldn't be aiming for a 30% approval rating for a system as involved as this. Hell, you shouldn't be aiming for disapproval as high as 30%. That's about 3x what I would expect.

I already voted on this from reddit. I like it a lot. It could use to polishing and changing, but I want them to expand this type of content.

If it was hated as much as the forums might lead someone to believe, we wouldn't be having Eureka instances being near constantly packed. Well at least in EU. Obviously I can't speak for the other data centres given I don't play there.

Its why you can't trust the forums, the majority of talk is from a minority of players.

@OP, try posting this to Reddit as well, you might get more hits that way.

It's also why you can't trust online polls. The poll tells you the opinion of people who voted in the poll and nothing else, which is an even smaller minority of players than the people who read the forums (itself a minority of players).

A statistically valid poll requires a sampling methodology that's entirely absent here.

Still over 30% of the people that voted for that truly hated that..thats still enough and Meh its okay sound more like "its fine but not great". This sentence is a bit bad because you kinda can interpet it how you want. Those that will like it, say that this is more that people are fine for this thus they count it together with the people that love it and those that hate it will count it towards their vote. This is far from a good poll.

Having "Meh" at the start of a sentence does sound a bit negative for me though (as someone who does not have it as an mother tongue). Stil in the end we have a bit of a votes and only 30% of the votes truly love it and a bit more are truly hating it. That is not really that great imo. If you want succesfull content shouldnt you have a huge amount of people saying that they love it, a bit that are okay with it but dont find it that great and only a small part that hate it?

Honestly that still shows me that there is something wrong with the content. (And its funny that suddenly these numbers mean more than the forum post even though they are also still a minority)

That is not a good argument for or against something. First its still the second week of release and it would be really really sad if this one would already be death. Even Diadem 2.0 stayed alive for abit longer. (And that one only had a RNG weapon behind it and not the relic and that big amount of glamour). Second it takes people from all over the datacenters into the instance so it makes sense that it would still be so full.

Lets talk about it when its a few months later and lets see how SE reacts to this. They were at least more intelligent with that since you can go into there solo instead of having to wait till a whole group filled. But we cant tell right now if its a success or not.

Whatever a the opposite of a white knight is, is what I get form you. You keep adding the "content we lost". We can't lose something we never got. Lost resources invested perhaps? Unlikely without info on how the team was shifted. Don't complain about how they skew "facts" if you just did the same in the same sentence.

iow, you're being "insane" by the same standards you used on another thread. Spewing the same repeated verbiage won't get us anywhere when facts are nowhere on both sides. Again, to state being factual, we need info on exactly how anything is happening, instead of misconstrued interpretations that come from confirmation bias.

We really need more people like your self that can truly analyze the situation. You even took what I was going to reply to Penthea. Look at PvP, the gero made a huge spike in activy and lasted all the way in SB for a bit. Once the SB returners got what they needed, the rush of desynth for gold ingots and a source of exp ,it completely died. This PvP rush lasted way longer then diadem 2.0 but it was still an artificial spike in activity. When something is new you are going to have different people at different times trying it out, then there is others trying to tuff it out a little at a time trying to get to level 20 before it dies.

That is the other thing people seem to magically forget that defend this diadem 3.0, people will play things despite hating it, for different reasons that differ from person to person. That will not have lasting activity.

Lastly when I say "meh it is ok" that is me implying I dislike something (undefined degree, differs by situation) but I can tolerate it. At some situations I may say "meh it is ok" to mask "I really hate it but I tolerate it enough for me to say I do not hate it, but I am not going to say that because I do not want to sound rude". That statement is def more negative then positive and no matter how you spin it, someone voting that is admitting it has a lot of glaring problems, even if they do like it somewhat.

"meh it is ok" means there is parts you dislike about something. With all the delays this place had, that kind of split is far from ideal. If it was some side content made in 24-48 hours it would be a different story. It looks rushed, because there is nothing there, no features, (like social features to search people, level sync, etc) and people/ monsters vanishing problems. This is what you expect being in beta, not finished.
