Eureka - from a FFXI point of view

I have played FFXI since day one on PC, in my LS we had a printout of all the spells in japanese to know what to cast because I started even before the US realease, and I think nobody would be happier than me to see a whole chunk of FFXIV of game I spent litteraly years playing, copyed here. The fact is that this is just the boring and repetitive part of FFXI without anything remotely similar to keep the pace up (I'm not even using the word fun) without even considering the fact that even FFXI itself tried to drift away from such a grind-Party system.

It's like a Merit Party without a BRD to sleep the adds - if you know what I mean XD (and I even liked to do those, back in time)

I know exactly what you mean. The only actual joy I have gotten out of Eureka so far is finding that CC worked in there as I slept adds the party wasn't ready to handle on BLM.

It was a joy for me too - for a brief moment I had that "YAY I am a BRD with Lullaby again and I can sleep" but then the sleep lasts 3 seconds, everybody dots everything and after the second cast the mobs fully resist

I've been able to save lives if they're smart enough to want to be saved. As you've noted, most aren't...
