Can the people who brought up all the commotion on this issue head over to the PVP forum and make a similar commotion? We're withering over here with bots, win-traders and hackers...

I kind of wish they kept it, it would have been a much more interesting way of using the LB bar compared to one big attack. I only ever saw it once done by someone that didn’t believe you could actually do it. Hope they don’t get banned! XD
The way i see it the only reason it's been fixed was because the issue got so widely known that the issue became known in Japan aswell as the other regions. And when it became known in Japan it went straight to the devs.
Lets be honest here. Its probably not being passed on or taken seriously by Admins from EU and US on some sites as likely some of them have used the exploit themselves or have friends who use it.
I'd say there's probably a lot of truth to this, mostly the "it got fixed when Japanese players became aware" part. The way i see it the only reason it's been fixed was because the issue got so widely known that the issue became known in Japan aswell as the other regions. And when it became known in Japan it went straight to the devs.

I don't know but I seem to still be riding by on the forums following simple means. Though I'd probably be permabanned next considering that I'd received a 10 day suspension when I made that post about someone submitted paid art to one of the FanFest Art Contests. Still, whether or not it's that easy to be banned on the forums or in-game, people have friends that can post as well. People are saying this was well-known but the amount of "What I didn't know?"s and the swift response of people jumping on it gives me the impression that it was the opposite.
Or it is new and the report 4 months ago is a cheat, different method, we don't know.
Like I said, someone or some persons are definitely in trouble. Deep poo.

Buddy of mine got permabanned for offering to cover world transfer costs in his recruitment post a few years back. Wasn't malicious or anything he had no idea that was a permabannable offense. Nothing is safe here. Pretend you're not talking to adults and only preteens parents.
I dunno man. If I went to all the effort of contacting GM's 3 - 4 ways to report a hilariously easy exploit and got ignored I'm not going to ask a mate to do it for me. I don't blame a guy for giving up.
If a GM finds it offensive they're probably already losing their job over this debacle lolYou're gonna get banned for swearing lmao.

I wouldn't blame them. Just saying that there are ways to still make it known. Obviously does not absolve the team for failing to filter this back to the Dev team.
There's no doubt that the players who triggered the macro consistently will get banned. When a LB1 grants +50% damage for 15 seconds (25 if extended by ast), you know it's an exploit. I think that a few days/weeks ban for anyone who used it and a permaban for those using it consistently to clear Savage/ultimate is legit. SE needs to take actions against players who cheat. It's becoming more and more ridiculous since there hasn't been a single real answer from SE.
Well Yoshi himself posted regarding that it's being looked into... I don't know how more real of an answer you need. There's no doubt that the players who triggered the macro consistently will get banned.
