What are the highest rated/desired plot locations?

I agree on 29 being the small there, but would like to add 9 to that list (small near 11, great views, blah blah)

I was going to say this - I may be biased because I'm in plot 9 but I prefer the easy access to the marketboard and being close to neighbors over the seclusion of plot 29. The views are still gorgeous. Plot 8 also has nice views and a little backyard waterfall, so I'd put it on the list as well.
