okay, and to quote something super correctly, but there is no quote button because the topic is locked... you copy the text you want to quote and then click on the #26 in the upper right corner of the post and copy the number at the end of the url. that number is the ID of the post you want to quote. now use the quote tags and fill in the name of the person you want to quote and the ID of the post like this:

then fill in the text you want to quote between the quote tags, and this is how it looks like in the end:

it's nice and beautiful, everyone sees directly it's a quote and by clicking on the little blue symbol beside the name in the quote window you get linked to the source.
