I am a crafter, I use Reclaim when we know it is a lost cause. Lala sacrifices are just another example of this in FFXIV life.

Just NQ'ed a Nightsteel Greatsword for a friend b/c we all got kicked out of our server!

How exactly did this happen? If you're kicked mid craft, you lose everything. They do post when they're taking the servers down. If you started a craft when they announced they were taking the server down, it's not really SE's fault. Did they change things so you get a NQ if you're kicked? And it's still better than having a 99% chance of an HQ and getting a NQ. LOL.

Yeah, I haven't had Reclaim on my cross class list for all my classes for a loooong loooong time... I've been crafting "courageously"! LOL
