Anoying yes, but luckly the mats for the 3 star isnt hard to gather. I think it more anoying to farm Creation for npc bought mats lol
how is the game supposed to know that you have a shitty connection tho lol.

If you disconnect from the game mid craft at all you will lose the materials no matter what with zero chance of getting them back. It's not about the game knowing if I have a bad connection or not, it's about having even a slight chance at recovery in the event that I do DC. Even failing a craft normally there's a chance you'll get your materials back. There's a big problem in the design of a lot of games lately that presume everyone has a very good and stable connection is the only reason I bring it up when the fact is an enormous portion of the population does not because they do not have access to it. But due to SE's fear of abuse we get nothing.

LMAOOO, it's funny how Panda's venting thread got almost 3K views!
Maybe we're all interested in what other people wanna venting about!
(Btw, Panderin is a really good friend of mine on Zalera. We all like to call her Panda)

Ah yes, those angry lala eyebrows cannot be messed with. jk.

You finished the craft.
How is it the servers fault?

Well, servers do handle spikes extremely poorly. If you have any fluctuation in your internet, you either get kicked out or everything freezes. I experienced this today while I crafted the black willow cane. A small lag made the entire game freeze. As a result, my macro jumped a step and it continued without using Byregot's blessing, NQ'ing the cane at 11%. Granted, it's still better than being kicked out and loosing the mats, but still, the servers do this so often, it would be nice to either have them improved or at least have some safety measures for when it kicks you out, which happens a lot.

This is why you should always have a '/cancelmacro' macro on your hotbars, when regularly crafting with macros. It allows you to cancel the current macro if you notice a lag spike, so you can finish the craft normally.Well, servers do handle spikes extremely poorly. That said, I'm also curious how the OP managed to finish a craft while being kicked off the server, presumably without warning.
Well, that's not what OP was saying. She said she got kicked out of the server while crafting. I have experienced what you're talking about though. You can do the stop macro or I've found that crafting inside your house or apartment greatly reduces the chances of that happening. I think it's because it's in its own instance.Well, servers do handle spikes extremely poorly. If you have any fluctuation in your internet, you either get kicked out or everything freezes. And that’s why you manually craft ... I have experienced slight delays in the game accepting input, and I can see how using a macro would have had that macro skip a step (because its on its own time). Crafting manually, however, you merely wait for the game to accept input again and carry on!
