Can we please have the option to switch personal homes into FC homes??

you could like relocate the current private on a free plot or relinquish it so your guild can build one there

This would have been fine but you can't do it anymore. Now upon relinquishing a plot, it becomes unavailable for a time. This was to prevent reselling, which is great. But sadly it also blocks legit people from doing this.

I never understood why one couldn't "convert" a home to an FC house...call it a "remodel" and pay a Gil Fee....its not that big of a deal really.

Course i maybe overlooking a mechanic or something but even then.

I agree, it seems quite simple honestly. :/ I would happily pay the price.
