other three accessories i left alone, but they were green and blue pieces

Just need fish in Thanalan and Gigant Clam. Heat Waves comes pretty often. Good luck!

If you had gotten any of the gathering lucis tools ever before (meaning you have the light of land title), you can buy all of the gather lucis from the calamity salvager for 1,000 gil. If don't have the title yet, and if its easier to get the MIN or BTN, then get it on them instead and buy the fishing rod for 1k.

Same for hands and shoes, anything will give 7 points as long as it is dyable.

Is it 7 points with or without dye? Like, is it 4 points and then depending on the dye, you can get an additional 1-3 points?

7 points without dye, plus another 1-3 for dye

All weapons give 7 points but halcyon rod lucis is the only dyable fishing rod so I used that. It has to be fisher because of the hat.

Same for hands and shoes, anything will give 7 points as long as it is dyable. The other three jewelry slots can also be anything, just don't leave them empty.

Yeah, without the Halcyon Rod Lucis I got 91 on the report(using the regular Tackleking's Rod)...I have two attempts left so going to try and get the Lucis before the end of the weekend...hopefully...thank you for letting me know though.

Survival Shirt is depleted in my server.. Does Linen Survival Shirt give as much as Survival Shirt?
Too bad it's hard to test without the Dark Green Dye which is also depleted..

This set-up got me the minimum requirement of 80 points on two different characters. I don't know if HQ is a factor but, my FC mate tried the same setup with a NQ Linen Survival Shirt and only got 73 points. Once he swapped to an HQ shirt, he was able to score 80 points.

I was unable to get a Flat Cap because I couldn't get Toad Leather, so I tried using the Wool Knit Cap instead. I got 3 Stars with it. Sorry I didn't get a screenshot.

Linen Survival Shirt works! I had one of those already and didn't realize there were two different types, so I used the Linen version. I received gold for it!
