Scored 100 myself, thanks to all the useful information here! Did Halcyon Lucis in an afternoon. I wanted to point out you may have to dye it Goobbue Grey to get the full points .. I scored 100 and then changed the dye to a lilac just on the fishing pole and it dropped me back down to 97. So like the hands and the feet ... dye color may matter on the weapon as well. I didn't do anything too much different than the other 100s already posted. My hands and feet were part of the New World set because that's what I had on hand, pretty sure as long as they are dyed to the right color you can wear anything in those two slots so don't feel like you have to break the bank on special shoes or gloves.

Reminder that you do NOT need to fish to get Halcyon Lucis Rod. Unlock the min/btn lucis and you can buy the other two at calamity salvager.

Fishing to unlock it is a waste of time and rng..

If you had gotten any of the gathering lucis tools ever before (meaning you have the light of land title), you can buy all of the gather lucis from the calamity salvager for 1,000 gil. If don't have the title yet, and if its easier to get the MIN or BTN, then get it on them instead and buy the fishing rod for 1k.

I just got the Rauni Lucis and this does not work. the Salvager sells the Mammon Lucis but not the Rod.

I just did Rauni Lucis and he sells all 3 Lucis DoL tools now. Does he sell the NQ Halcyon rod for you? If not, you may be behind on the fishing class quests and would need to do them to the point where you unlock the Halcyon rod.

So for the hands and feet, it just needs to have the correct color dye, and any dyeable gear works? Also, I'm going to assume that the augmented tacklekeep cap works as well, as I had that hanging around from before.

That is correct.
I attempted to try with Ala Mhigan because I was wearing that at the time and had no other dyeables.

Unfortunately, I also attempted to dye the gloves Deepwood Green instead of Dark Green and it gave me 99 points.. Sad, can't scrimp on it. As for augmented tacklekeep, I haven't tried myself, but I assume should be fine?
