Im using shiva stuff. The accessory wont be dyeable no matter what and its the same clue as the weapon. *shrugs*

Also i interpreted "cool" as like "keeping it cool for summer" but i can see the winter theme now, even though the skypirate caster shorts are are basically hotpants. Ill probably do alpine coat or adventurer sweater for top. Im going to try the wolf legs from the halloween event as the feet. Ill post my findings as soon as the judging starts.

It doesnt - NQ and HQ doesnt matter.
You can also buy the mats for them with red gathering scrips though - level 58, idleshire. They introduced that when they shut down Diadem.

Because you might be using glamours out of the dresser, which strips out the NQ/HQ information, they can't let that affect the rating. Otherwise it probably would.

Thats not the only reason - they're not only using stuff thats crafted, obviously. And dungeon-drops and tome-stone gear (and stuff like that in general) cant be HQ in the first place. Probably a lot easier to programm it just ignoring HQ/NQ instead of making exceptions if some gear is crafted this week.

True Ice Bracelet and Cashmere Boots dyed snow white get a golden rating. Shiva's Diamond weapons and Sky Pirate's Bottoms don't.

Cashmere Boots give gold without any dyes so they look to be the correct feet.

I'm really surprised about sky pirate's pants... I'm wondering if they could possibly be the True Linen Breeches of Healing or Casting since there was a quest called Sky Pirates to get access to Void Ark...

I'm also wondering if it needs to be a specific Hailstorm weapon to get gold. It definitely wasn't WHM...
