Does this crash come at the same place in the Sigmascape or is it be random when you are booted?

Have you tried running the game in DirectX 9 mode? Does this have the same result?

You can also try lowering the graphics settings or resolution (even if your PC can handle it), and not running any background applications or overlays (such as Geforce Experience).

Hi,

After reinstalling it doesn't happen when I'm using the new glamour plates anymore but it still does whenever I enter any of the Sigmascape content. When I enter everything is running fine when everyone loads in before the fight but then the bgm cuts out and the error occurs. I seem to be able to play all other content. I've lowered graphics and resolution but still seems to crash. Just tried dx9 mode and the error still occurs.

So after a bit of testing it seems I can play the content without any error or crash when I disable my sound so I believe the problem is related. If there are any solutions that would be helpful because I really enjoy the sound and music whilst playing the game.

So you can play the sigmascape with no sound? Are you using any kind of external speakers or headphones? Or do you have any program that would utilize your sound drivers (I couldn't find anything like this in your dxdiag so i am just making sure).
