I forgot to take a screenshot and currently left with 1 last try. Not sure if color affects or not since i was using a pure white falconer shirt hq.
It seems the color affects score. Because i got the same shoes as the gold medal one but i got only 4 stars on it with no color and in gold color it's the gold medal :'(
You can view your highest score, it's one of the options when you talk to him.
For ring you want any Halonic ring from the vault. It has the Fortemps crest on it, so you can figure out why it's a gold coin from there :P
best hat so far seems to be songbird, and the hannish autumn sweater gets gold but lol @ how much that costs....
For the ring, got the best with a Halonic Friar's ring (dropped in the Vault).
For the shoes, got a very good with Mog Slippers, but not the best...but as a male, I tried with the male version of your shoes, Kotorichanhime, and got the worst ! O.o
For the hat, I tried each and every with "silk" in their names, but none is good...
Tried some combinations from what people posted and dyes seems to work but not all dyes seems to up the stars. I used a non dyed plain long skirt and had 3* and after i dyed gold also still 3*

The "Ishgardian" rings from (I think) the Dusk Vigil have the same design, and also get a gold medal.
(I feel like this isn't really a fair request for newer players, on several levels...)
My results for first attempt:
Cloche (undyed) - 1 star
Spring Dress (soot black) - 1 star
Plain Long Skirt (soot black) - 4 stars
Bridesmaid Sandals (soot black) - 4 stars
Ishgardian Chaplain's Ring - gold
Final score: 54
(at a guess for actual scoring mechanism: 2 + 2 + 15 + 15 + 20 = 54)
The cloche looks like a straw hat but the crafting recipe uses silk, so I thought it might pass... also it was cheap on the marketboard.
The black dye on everything else was a leftover from a 'black and white' dress code for an eternal bond ceremony I attended.
