Houses used to be 2 or 3 times the price with money being harder to make because there has been less in the game. Instead of adjusting plot-prices to reflect that (aka: raising them), they lowered them.
That doesnt only allow people to just buy and flip houses, it also creates the illusion that everyone who got 4 million gil on their hands should be able to own a small houses, because thats the current cost of one.
And once again this was only an issue because the community decided to take advantage of it and each other.Its always going to come down to the fact the community decided to use housing as a way for making profit.That is the main deciding factor as to why we have the housing issue.People need to stop blaming SE and just try not screw each over in the game for gil.
