4.2 housing limitations

Starting from patch 4.2 "alt" characters will no longer be able to get a private property or a Free Company property if the "main" character already owns either if not both of them!....

I wonder what happens if someone else owns a private FC with a house, adds your alt to the FC and then they leaves the FC to your alt...
